Priya is passionate about building and coaching high-performing, thriving teams who deliver value to their customers every day.
Sarah has 24 years of experience in the charity sector, specialising in fundraising across various income streams. Before joining LME, Sarah was Head of Community & Events for Samaritans for seven years, where she built the team from the ground up and grew the events portfolio to engage 28,000+ supporters annually. Sarah lives and breathes events, and taking an innovative approach, was an early adopter of virtual events, Facebook Challenges, and streaming and gaming fundraising. She also led Samaritans to deliver a hugely impactful Charity of the Year for the 2024 TCS London Marathon.
Rachel manages the London Marathon and other half marathons as part of the Challenge Events team at RNIB. With a background in student, community and corporate fundraising, she is passionate about building relationships with fundraisers to empower them to achieve their ambitions.
