Before that, Cam began her career as a Telephone Fundraiser and has honed her fundraising expertise at the British Red Cross, leading on Supporter Experience, Fundraising Compliance, and Culture and Engagement initiatives.

For more than a decade, she’s been part of GOSH Charity, helping to shape a culture of ethical, transparent, and supporter-centred fundraising. Now working to embed fundraising compliance across the organisation, Jo focuses on balancing supporter needs with regulatory requirements, making compliance feel less like a rulebook and more like a shared commitment.
She’s known for bringing people together to find solutions — and facing every challenge with professionalism, positivity, and usually a smile (and sometimes a strong mocha).
