Welcome to the Everywhere+ portal where you’ll find everything you need for your virtual or hybrid event.
If you have any questions or there are any features you’d like to see added please let us know.
Book your event. You’ll be assigned an Account Manager who will be in touch to guide you through the process. We’ll also have an initial briefing with the livestream team who will be running your tech on the day.
Design and build your registration pages (if required) and event pages. Our team is there to support you as much or as little as you need.
Prepare your content for the live event. Provide your files: branding, images and any extra content you want to deliver to your attendees. Use pre-recorded content, edit your existing videos, or book in a demo session for your live speakers.
Go live! Enter the studio where you’ll be greeted by one of our Livestream Engineers who will guide you through everything. Attend one of our demos and soundchecks before event day to get comfortable and eliminate on-the-day issues.
Wrap up. Download your videos, event statistics, captured data, closed caption files and chatbox transcripts.
